Range technical data

Power range
0.37–9.2 kW
Maximum flow
54 m³/h
Maximum head

SF

A closer look at the series

SF is described for water supply from wells or reservoirs and high-head transfer. Its construction includes a cast-aluminium impeller, plus an AISI 304 stainless-steel strainer, external motor casing and top cover, together with a rewindable motor. Single-phase and three-phase configurations appear in the range, and certain single-phase models can have a float switch identified by the model suffix.

The catalogue also records limits for liquid temperature and sand content. Choose an SF pump from its own Q–H curve and operating conditions for the intended supply or irrigation duty.

Features

  • High-head submersible hydraulic range
  • AISI 304 external casing, cover and strainer
  • Single- and three-phase variants
  • Float-switch option on identified single-phase models

Applications

  • Water supply from wells or reservoirs
  • Garden water systems
  • Irrigation

Materials

Cast-aluminium impeller; AISI 304 stainless-steel strainer, external motor casing and top cover; graphite/ceramic mechanical seal. This is not an all-stainless impeller construction.

Operating conditions

Maximum liquid temperature +40 °C; maximum sand content 0.1%. Single-phase models with suffix F can have a float switch. The brochure distinguishes single-phase models with m from three-phase models without m.

Construction and application

Before selecting

  • Match the required supply or irrigation duty to the exact SF curve.
  • Check sand content and the liquid temperature limit.
  • Choose electrical phase and confirm the m and F model suffixes.

Your questions

Series questions

Is the SF impeller made of stainless steel?

The SF materials table specifies cast aluminium for the impeller. The strainer, external motor casing and top cover are AISI 304 stainless steel.

Does every SF model include a float switch?

No. The catalogue associates a float switch with single-phase models carrying suffix F. Confirm the complete model code.
