The 4MIX sheet presents a submersible mixer whose listed body, impeller, shaft, bracket and support components are SUS304 stainless steel. It uses a submersible dry-type motor with built-in overload protection and is shown for horizontal underwater installation. The catalogue describes use in wastewater treatment across industries, water-body movement and agitation of impurities.

Materials

Series questions
What material distinguishes 4MIX from MIX?
4MIX lists SUS304 for the mixer impeller and principal metal parts. MIX separately lists an FCD450 impeller and several FC200 parts.
Can 4MIX operate continuously at any liquid pH?
The sheet specifies continuous duty S1, but also limits pH to 5–9, temperature to 0–40 °C and density to 1050 kg/m³. All these conditions must be checked.
